Hofstatt

The Hofstatt is stylish and modern shopping passage nestled in the heart of Munich’s Old Town!

The Hofstatt wasn’t always a shopping destination. It was originally built as a printing house in the 19th century, but like much of Munich, the building was heavily damaged during World War II, leaving a scar in the city center.

After that a group of designers wanted to try and get a modern rebuild and design, a plan to do the best for Munich!

That plan went forth and the area was built into a shopping center at about 18,580 square meters, then opening to the public.

You can find cafes, restaurants, and smaller food vendors offering a range of cuisines and snacks.

There are different clothing stores with various clothing choices.

And there are food shop.
